Dr. Nizar Abdullah Nasser Basheeb
 Yemeni academic and leader, currently serving as Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, and Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance and Banking at the University of Aden.
 He has extensive experience in development and humanitarian work, as well as financial and monetary economics.

Academic work: Joined the University of Aden in 2000 and lectured in the Department of Finance and Banking. 
Positions and Professional Activities:Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation: He holds this position in the Yemeni government (temporary capital Aden), where he chairs meetings with international organisations (such as the United Nations and the World Bank) to promote development and aid.
